Nick Simone

The President of Micari Consulting Inc. I Canada

Nick is a trusted executive and leader, and has 40 years of experience building sales teams, establishing targets, and creating environments conducive to peak-level performance. He is a seasoned entrepreneur with diverse and valuable experience leading various organizations to success across the financial services, real estate and consulting sectors. On March 1, 2020, Nick was appointed as President of the Pace Law Corporation. In 2019 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Pace Global Advantage (PGA) – an advisory division of the Pace Law. PGA today serves international businesses, and individuals who want to enter the North American market. 

Pace Law has been in existence since 1981, has 160 legal professionals across five offices in Ontario servicing clients in thirty-eight different languages. Pace Law helps clients achieve positive outcomes across its various divisions of corporate/commercial, employment, litigation, real estate, family, personal injury, wills and estate, and immigration law. 

Nick is also the President of Micari Consulting Inc., a private consulting company. Micari Consulting works in the areas of strategic growth planning, business evaluation and business development, with a focus on international business. 

Nick has been involved in several private and non-profit boards. He has received numerous recognitions including “The Commemorative Medal for the 125th Anniversary of the Confederation of Canada”. This was in recognition of significant contribution to compatriots, community and to Canada. In July 0f 2025, Nick was awarded the “King Charles III Coronation Medal”. This medal recognizes individuals who have made a lasting contribution to the Province of Ontario and the country of Canada. 

Most recently, In September 2020 he was appointed as a board member on the Finance Committee for the Humber River Hospital Foundation. In June of 2022 he was appointed Chair of the Humber River Health Foundation Board. 

In January of 2025, Nick was appointed to the Board of Metrolinx. Metrolinx coordinates and integrates all modes of transportation in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton areas. On August 16, 2025, he was named Chair of Metrolinx.
