Marco Gullà

Investment Associate at Health Technology Holding | Italy

Marco Gullà is an Italian medical biotechnologist with expertise in biotech, medtech, femtech, and pharmaceutical investments. He is currently an Investment Associate at Health Technology Holding, one of Italy’s leading venture capital firms owned by the Zambon family. In addition to his corporate role, Marco serves as a mentor for the Bocconi 4 Innovation program at Bocconi University and at Almacube, the startup incubator of the University of Bologna. Not only, he also supports European incubators and accelerators in guiding the next generation of healthcare startups. Marco holds a Master’s degree in Medical Biotechnology from the School of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Bologna (Alma Mater Studiorum), a Bachelor’s degree in Biosciences and Biotechnology from the University of Camerino, and has attended a summer school in Management of Medical and Biotechnological Products at Bologna Business School. 

His professional journey began at the Bioindustry Park, where he honed his skills in supporting early-stage companies, fostering innovation, and driving strategic growth in the healthcare sector. Additionally, he assisted the Zcube team in launching the Open Accelerator for femtech startups and serves as a mentor for Seed 4 Innovation and MIT4LS.
