Dr. Danas Tvarijonavičius

Dr. Danas Tvarijonavičius holds a PhD in biochemistry and medicine, with over two decades of leadership across key sectors of the Lithuanian industrial landscape. His career spans the chemical industry (Lifosa, 1996–2001), food industry (Malsena, 1999–2008), and industrial biotechnology (Amilina, later Roquette Amilina, 2005–2023), where he played a central role in scaling operations and innovation. Over the course of his career, he has overseen more than €500 million in investments into Lithuanian industrial companies. 

Currently, he is focused on advancing biotechnology ventures, particularly in the fields of nucleic acid technologies (Gensinta) and precision protein engineering (Pentasweet). Dr. Tvarijonavičius brings a unique blend of scientific insight and industrial strategy, contributing to the next generation of biotech-driven growth in the region.
