As a former General Manager and Director of Global Product Strategy at Roche and Novartis, he has led high-impact teams and launched market-shaping therapies in oncology and specialty medicine across North America, Europe, and Asia. 

Daren is the founder of The Healthcare Lab, a leading startup accelerator supporting early-stage health ventures across Europe, developed in collaboration with EIT Health. Over the past five years, he has mentored and advised dozens of startups, blending deep industry insight with a collaborative, impact-first approach. 

A passionate advocate for reimagining healthcare, from treating illness to promoting health, Daren now focuses on bridging the gap between corporate innovation and entrepreneurial agility. Through his work with founders, partners, and innovation ecosystems, he is helping to accelerate a shift toward more preventive, accessible, and sustainable healthcare solutions.
