Aleksandra Kubica-Misztal

Aleksandra Kubica-Misztal is a founder of diCELLa, a company recognized for its development of advanced technological solutions in the fields of clinical trials and image analysis. Her professional journey has been shaped by a consistent progression from academic research through technology transfer to business leadership.
An academic background in medical physics and quantum chemistry was acquired at the Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Applied Computer Science of the Jagiellonian University.
Additional management and interdisciplinary competencies were obtained during participation in the doctoral program Society–Environment–Technology.
Between 2015 and 2017, professional experience was gained at the Centre for Technology Transfer of Jagiellonian University, where responsibilities as a technology broker were carried out. During this time, patent protection was coordinated and commercialization strategies were developed for R&D projects.
Following this period, a transition was made to the private sector, and a position at diCELLa was assumed. As Chief Operating Officer, operational management responsibilities have been fulfilled, including the supervision of intellectual property activities, assessment of patentability, and the preparation of the company for external investment processes.
Experience has also been acquired in managing R&D projects in artificial intelligence, medical imaging, clinical data systems, and radiopharmaceutical research.
This career path has been driven by a strong scientific foundation and has been consistently focused on the application of research to real-world challenges through technology transfer, innovation, and business execution.
