Founder and Chairman of Pace Law Firm I Canada

Al Pace is the Founder and Chairman of Pace Law Firm. He has practiced law for over 40 years and has earned a reputation for professionalism and outstanding client service. After completing his studies at the University of Toronto and the University of Windsor where he received his LL.B., Al was called to the Bar for the province of Ontario in 1980. Today, Al has developed his law practice into a full-service firm that includes immigration, corporate and commercial law, real estate law, family law, litigation, serious personal injury and wills and estate law.  

In 2007, Al created an advisory division called Pace Global Advantage (PGA). As a true visionary, the goal of PGA was to establish international relationships across the globe. Today PGA works with both start-ups and established businesses that want to establish and grow in North America. He has travelled the world to help successful entrepreneurs and businesses locate in Canada. 

As the Founder of Pace Law Firm, Al takes a personal interest in ensuring the highest standard of service excellence across the firm.  Al supports community involvement and has taken an active and prominent role in the Lithuanian Canadian community. 

Recently Al was awarded the Global Lithuanian Award 2024 for his incredible contribution to Lithuanian philanthropy. As well he has given generously to numerous hospitals and non-profit organizations in the Toronto area. 

In 2025 Al received the “Honoris Causa” from the National Ethnic Press and Media Council of Canada. This is in recognition to defend the freedom of The Press. 

Also in 2025, Al is the recipient of the ‘The King Charles III Coronation Medal’ for his significant contributions to both the Province of Ontario and Canada.
