Who can become an exhibitor?

Any company, organization, association, or cluster working in the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceutic or medical technologies.

What are the open hours of exhibition?

The exhibition booths will be open for visitors on 20-24 September without closing hours.

The conference starts at 10 AM (EET) on 22 September and closes at 5 PM (EET) on 23 September.

What my booth will look like?

Every exhibitor will be assigned with a virtual interactive 3D booth. 

Virtual booth allows to present:

  • Company name and logo
  • Contact information including social media links
  • Additional links for online-based information
  • Uploaded documents in PFD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • One online video

How to set-up my booth?

Please follow these guidelines for set-upping your booth. The deadline for booths’ set-up is 13 September 2021.

How many company’s representatives will be assigned to my booth?

The standard exhibiting package includes 2 representatives (2 full access tickets to the event including conference, B2B meetings, exhibition & poster session space). The booth supports up to 6 representatives with extra participant tickets.

Representatives can be assigned and/or changed during the event in the exhibitor dashboard as many times as you see necessary.

What statistic/information do I see as an exhibitor?

How do I communicate with my visitors in the booth?

Each booth supports live chat function to communicate with your visitors – text message, audio and video online calls. You can also appoint B2B meeting with registered event participants following live chat function. 

The live chat function will be active during the exhibition on 22-23 September 2021.

Who can visit the exhibition?

All registered event participants will be able to visit the exhibition (including speakers, investors, start-ups, poster session participants and other exhibitors). You can also invite guests not taking part in Life Science Baltics 2021 to visit your booth.  However only the event participants with full-access ticket will be able to appoint B2B meetings.

Can I have individual booth design?

The standard exhibiting package allows an exhibitor to choose one of three booth design from templates. If you would like to have an individual or adaptive booth design, please consider becoming Sponson of Life Sciences Baltics 2021.
